By posting jobs or using employer features on Jobsercher.com, you agree to the following rules, responsibilities, and conditions.
1. Eligibility to Use Employer Services
To create an employer account, you must:
- Be a business, organization, or authorized recruiter
- Provide accurate company information
- Agree to comply with all hiring and employment laws
- Maintain professional conduct toward candidates
We may request business verification if needed.
2. Rules for Posting Jobs
Employers must ensure that every job posting:
✔ Is real, active, and legally compliant
✔ Includes a clear job title, description, and requirements
✔ Does not mislead, scam, or misrepresent employment conditions
✔ Specifies accurate salary or pay information (if applicable)
✔ Contains valid contact or company details
✔ Is posted for legitimate hiring purposes only
You agree NOT to post:
❌ Fake or non-existent jobs
❌ Jobs requiring upfront fees from candidates
❌ MLM, pyramid schemes, or commission-only roles without clear disclosure
❌ Adult, explicit, or harmful content
❌ Job listings promoting illegal activity
❌ Jobs involving harassment or discrimination
❌ Work-from-home scams or unverifiable positions
❌ Cryptocurrency mining or wallet scams
❌ Visa lottery scams or immigration fraud
Any such violation may lead to immediate account suspension.
3. Forbidden Content
Employers must NOT upload or share:
- Fake company profiles
- Misleading company information
- Offensive or discriminatory content
- Harmful files, malware, or deceptive links
- Spam messages to candidates
- Requests for unnecessary personal documents (e.g., passport, banking) unless legally required for employment
We take platform safety seriously and will remove harmful or suspicious content immediately.
4. When Job Listings May Be Removed
Jobsercher.com reserves the right to remove any listing that:
- Violates our Terms
- Is reported by candidates as suspicious
- Appears fraudulent or misleading
- Contains explicit, illegal, or harmful material
- Includes offensive or discriminatory language
- Requests upfront payments from candidates
- Is duplicated excessively
- Does not match your company profile
- Is inactive or unverifiable
- Violates local or international hiring regulations
Removed listings are not eligible for refunds unless the removal was an error on our side.
5. Employer Responsibilities
Employers using Jobsercher.com agree to:
✔ Treat job seekers professionally
✔ Respond to applications in a timely manner
✔ Provide accurate hiring information
✔ Maintain confidentiality of candidate data
✔ Not share or resell downloaded resumes
✔ Use platform features ethically
✔ Follow all applicable labor and employment laws
✔ Not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, age, nationality, or disability
Violation may result in suspension or legal action.
6. Resume & Data Handling
If you access candidate resumes, you must:
- Use them only for legitimate hiring
- Not resell, redistribute, or store data without permission
- Protect data in accordance with privacy laws
- Delete candidate information if requested
Misuse of candidate data may lead to legal consequences.
7. Payment Responsibilities
For employers purchasing job packages:
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- You must ensure correct billing information
- No refunds are issued for services already used
- Refunds follow our official Refund Policy

8. Dispute Handling

- Does not mediate employment disputes
- Does not guarantee hiring outcomes
- Is not responsible for conversations or contracts made outside the platform
If you believe a listing was removed in error or a payment was incorrectly processed, contact us at:

9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate an employer account if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Repeated violation of Employer Terms occurs
- Job postings are harmful, illegal, or misleading
- Chargebacks are filed without contacting support
- Candidate data is misused
- The platform is abused in any form
Serious violations may result in permanent removal.
