Jobsercher.com provides digital services such as job posting packages, featured listings, and employer tools. These services are delivered instantly upon purchase; therefore, refunds are limited as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only in specific situations, including:

✔ Duplicate payment (you were charged twice)

✔ Accidental purchase reported within 24 hours (before use)

✔ Technical issues preventing delivery of the purchased service

✔ Payment made in error (reviewed case-by-case)

All refund requests must include proof of payment.


2. Non-Refundable Services

Because our platform delivers digital access immediately upon purchase, the following services are non-refundable:

  • Job postings that have already been published
  • Featured job upgradesOnce visibility has started
  • Resume access/Downloads that have already been used
  • Packages where any part of the service has been consumed
  • Any service delivered successfully without a technical error

In other words:
👉 Once a job post or employer feature goes live, it cannot be refunded.


3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem preventing use of your purchased service:

  • Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue
  • If the service cannot be delivered after troubleshooting
    ➡ A refund may be approved

4. Processing of Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on Stripe and your bank

6. No Refunds for Violation of Terms

Refunds are not provided to users who:

  • Violate our Terms & Conditions
  • Post fraudulent or misleading job listings
  • Misuse candidate data
  • Abuse the platform or attempt to manipulate services
